At Hope Therapy and Consulting, we provide counselling that honours each person’s story, strengths, and lived experience. Our approach is grounded in trauma informed practice, guided by cultural humility, and supported by evidence based therapeutic models. Available for adults (18+) | $150 per session

Who We Support

We offer counselling for individuals and families experiencing:

• Trauma and complex trauma
• Mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional overwhelm
• Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) concerns, including harm minimisation and recovery focused support
• Domestic and family violence, including coercive control, relational trauma, and rebuilding safety
• Life transitions, such as grief, separation, migration, identity changes, and major life adjustments

• Whether you are navigating crisis, seeking long term healing, or wanting support to understand your experiences, we walk alongside you with compassion and respect.
