We never share your information without your permission unless required by law or necessary to ensure safety.

Confidentiality in Sessions

What you share in counselling, supervision, or consulting sessions is confidential. Information will only be disclosed when:

• We are legally required to share information
• A court issues a subpoena
• You provide written consent for information to be shared with another professional or service
Whenever possible, we will discuss any required disclosures with you beforehand.

Telehealth & Online Services

If you choose to meet online or by phone, we take all reasonable steps to protect your privacy. We encourage you to join sessions from a private, safe, and uninterrupted space. While we use secure platforms, all online communication carries some inherent risk.

Accessing Your Information

You are welcome to request access to your personal information or ask for corrections if something is inaccurate. Requests can be made in writing, and we will discuss any limitations that may apply.
